and convention industry, Susan Dunkelman’s
expertise lies in her distinctive ability
to creatively conceptualize, then plan
and administer, memorable corporate events.

after year—to produce new and exciting
events that continue to enhance their market
position.
Before forming
The Charles Group, Susan was Director of
Conferences for the Risk and Insurance Management
Society where she guided all meeting operations
for over 4,000 member corporations in the
United States and for affiliates in Europe
and Asia. She
has lectured on meeting planning at New York
University and is a member of Meeting Professionals
International, the American Society of Association
Executives, the National Association of Exhibit
Managers and the Meeting Consultants Network.

Davis-Grossman
Carol Davis-Grossman
offers clients of The Charles Group more
than 25 years’ experience
in event planning in the field of association
management. Her expertise includes strategic
planning, financial management, organization
and implementation. Carol earns accolades
from clients for dedication that goes beyond
the call of duty and for contributions
to associations’ growth and well
being, particularly in the area of cost-control.
Before joining
The Charles Group, Carol was Executive Director
of the American Medical Women’s Association,
which represents more than 90,000 female
physicians. She holds a Masters Degree from
Hunter College of the City University of
New York, and is a member of the American
Society of Association Executives, the New
York Society of Association Executives, and
the International Association of Association
Management Companies.
