It wants to run an exceptional sales meeting, but with an important twist: Deliver its message to sales people, but also provide them and their families a valued time. To accomplish this, they turned to The Charles Group.
With over 400 of the company’s highest producing insurance brokers and their families attending this yearly gathering, The Charles Group is charged with finding an impressive venue and exciting excursions for this well traveled and sophisticated group. They have been everywhere and can afford to do anything. So they expect this event, which they personally pay to attend, to be flawless in its execution, spectacular in its presentation and innovative in its content. What we did | Selected the site and negotiated the contract; coordinated and managed all travel; selected and managed spouse and family programs; designed and produced all meal functions and social activities; and coordinated all entertainment and show production.
